KBI Contracting Inc. is a veteran and minority-owned company that specializes in Residential/Commercial Builds, Pre-Construction, Special Projects & Emergency Response, Site Management, Excavation & Earthwork, Landscape Construction, and Environmental Remediation/Construction.  Our leadership team has over 75 years of combined experience in general contracting, environmental services, and program management. We are honored to have veterans of the military and law enforcement among our leadership team.

We prioritize our clients' needs by listening to their goals and challenges, regardless of the project's size.  Our team is here to support and guide you through all phases of the project.  We work closely with the stakeholders to ensure the costs, time, and design are achievable. We proactively plan to identify and mitigate potential risks while maintaining transparent communication with our clients.

As a proud owner of most of our equipment fleet, we eliminate the need for costly rentals and operation fees for basic construction machinery. We utilize our own resources whenever possible to keep expenses at a minimum.
